Gymnasium Rules & Regulations


  1. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the gymnasium.
  2. For hygienic purposes please bring a towel for your personal use.
  3. Please wipe down equipment after use with wipes provided.
  4. Equipment must be returned to its designated position after use.
  5. During peak times please limit cardio equipment use to 20 minutes.
  6. Appropriate attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
  7. No antisocial behaviour will be tolerated.
  8. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times (1 guest permitted per member)
  9. Personal trainers (permitted as a guest of a resident) are required to:
    • Be registered with Centre Management prior to commencement of training.
    • Provide a public liability insurance certificate.
    • Ensure non-resident clients are not brought into this centre.
    • Subject to “Fair Use Policy”
  10. Please store bags and belongings in lockers provided.
  11. No alcohol, food or glassware are permitted.
  12. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within facility.
  13. All users using the gym do so at their own risk.
  14. Members must comply with all rules of use, policies and regulations relating to the gymnasium.
  15. Members are not permitted to use the gymnasium until they have completed an induction.
  16. Access to the gymnasium may be withdrawn if a member fails to comply with the stated terms and conditions.
  17. Items left at owners’ risk.
  18. Users must obey the directions of staff and signs.
